Applications are invited for Pre-Qualification from Established firms of reputed carrying out Trade in following categories for the period of three years with effect from 01-01-2009 to 31-12-2011.
Terms & Conditions: Interested firms are requested to submit the applications on the letter head along with following information and Bank Draft of Rs.3000/- (non-refundable) for each category in the name of the Director Finance, Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro on or before 20th October 2008.
(1) A brief profile of Firm showing nature of business, years of working experience, stock in hand, transport owned, technical manpower and other relevant necessary information.
(2) Attested copies of Registration Certificates of Income Tax and Sales Tax Department as a Firm/ Business.
(3) Attested copy of Professional Tax Certificate of Government of Sindh (if Applicable).
(4) Original (Sealed) letter of Bank regarding Financial Soundness of the firm.
(5) Attested photocopy of the computerized National Identity Card of the Proprietor or his/ her Authorized Representative.
(6) Undertaking that the Firm has never been blacklisted by any Government/ Semi Government or any other Organization.
(7) Enlistment with other Government Departments/ Agencies with documentary proof for supply of such materials.
On scrutiny, if found satisfactory, the Firm will be registered accordingly. However, the University reserves the right to accept or reject any application for registration without assigning any reason thereof.
