Sealed Tenders are invited from Registered / Pre-Qualified firms with CE & P&D Lahore, Discos WAPDA for the Supply of following items as per WAPDA Standard Specification on free delivery at Regional Store QESCO, Quetta / Sibi.
Conditions: (i) The price should be quoted firm and final excluding sales tax and without foreign exchange.
(ii) Tender documents costing Rs.1000/- (non-refundable) for each tender in the name of Finance Director, QESCO, Quetta can be obtained from the office of the undersigned before the opening date.
(iii) Earnest Money 2% of the total bid value as call deposit from scheduled bank must be accompanied with the tender.
(iv) Tender shall be received on dates shown against each and opened at 1130 Hrs. in presence of the Tender Opening Committee and contractors or their authorized representatives.
(v) Late and conditional tenders will not be accepted.
(vi) Attested valid copy of registration certificate in relevant field from Sales Tax Department, Government of Pakistan must be attached with the tender.
(vii) QESCO reserves the right to increase or decrease the required quantity at the time of issuance of P.O. or during the currency of the contract.
