On behalf of Employees’ Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI), Pakistan Real Estate Investment and Management Company Private Limited, (PRIMACO) intends to received application from renowned Environmental Consultants for “Pre-Qualification” for Consultancy Services relating to preparation of Environmental Studies (Initial Environmental Examination-IEE and Environmental Impact Assessments-EIA) in respect of its construction projects (Hi-rise office buildings, Hotels, Shopping Malls, Residential Apartments etc.), across the country. Scope of services shall include Screening, Scoping, Impact Assessment & Evaluation.
The interested Consultancy firms should have vast experience in relevant field with good in-house resources.
Interested Firms should send along with their Company profile mentioning all the information as required in the PEC Standard Guidelines for Pre-qualification of Consultants, specifically elaborating but not limited to the following details, latest by October 20, 2008:
(1) Full Name of company & permanent address of the Company.
(2) Status of firm (whether sole proprietorship or a limited Company) duly verified by the registrar/ other relevant authorities.
(3) Name of at least five Principal personnel with their short CV’s mentioning their qualification and experience.
(4) List of Consultancy Services of at least ten similar nature projects (each list separately) completed by the company along with the following information (with documentary evidence):
(i) Name of Project, Location & Client’s Name.
(ii) Scope & Cost of Services provided.
(iii) Approximate Cost of the Project, Year started, Duration of Contract & Year of Completion.
(iv) Completion Certificates.
(5) Copy of NTN Certificate.
(6) An affidavit to the effect that the firm has not been black listed by any government/ autonomous body.
(7) Details of Litigation, if any, in which the firm has been involved during any Consultancy Service provided.
(8) Copy of the valid Consultancy Registration Certificate/ License from the Pakistan Engineering Council (as applicable) or from other Government Department in the relevant field.
(9) Standard work plans for preparation of IEE & EIA.
All information supplied should be substantiated by copies of relevant documents, letters, certificates etc. Information supplied without relevant supporting documents shall not be considered for evaluation purposes. The Evaluation Criteria as provided in the PEC Standard Guidelines for Pre-qualification of Consultants will be used to assess the received applications.
PRIMACO may reject all applications at any time prior to the pre-qualification. PRIMACO shall upon request communicate to any applicant the grounds for its rejection of all applications, but is not required to justify those grounds.
