Tender Fee :- Rs. 200/-.

Sealed Tender(s) are invited from manufacturers/suppliers/authorized agents of repute for supply of the following items.
Please visit our website www.suparco.gov.pk and download your desired Tender Document and submit your offers in accordance with the following guidelines. Please be noted that in any case, no hard copies of Tender documents will be sold to any firm from the office.
The bids are required to be delivered through courier or drop in the Tender Drop Box at the respective site (address mentioned at the bottom of the pg # 01 of the IT) latest by 1400 hours on the tender submission date(s). No offer will be entertained after the tender submission date(s)/timing(s).
The bids envelope must have two(s) separate envelops inside (Technical and Financial Offers) clearly mentioned LIT/FIT and tender reference No(s) on the sealed envelopes; otherwise it will not be entertained in bidding process. It must also contain a covering note & Tender Fees (Non-Refundable) in form of Pay Order/Demand Draft separately.
The Technical Bid envelope must contains the Technical Data only with out prices, however, the Financial Bid envelope must contain the Prices and the Bid Bond equal to an amount of 2% of the overall bid value in form of Pay Order/Demand Draft.
Pay orders for Local Vendors and Demand Draft for Domestic vendors, on account of Tender Purchase Fee and the Bid Bond/Earnest money must be prepared in following manner :- a. IT pertaining to SUPARCO Karachi In favor of SUPARCO – HQs, b. IT pertaining to SUPARCO Lahore In favor of SUPARCO – Lhr, c. IT pertaining to SUPARCO Islamabad In favor of SUPARCO – ISB.
The technical offer(s) will be opened at 1430 hours on the last date of tender submission date in presence of suppliers who desired to attend. Later on Technical Offers will be forwarded to Technical Evaluation Committee. However, the Financial Offers will be opened in presence of the bidders or their representatives who may choose to be present, at the time and place that will be communicated later on through courier to the technically successful bidders only.
Separate Bids/Offers must be submitted for each tender enquiry along with nonrefundable Tender fee.
Please ensure that your offer should strictly be in accordance with our demanded specifications. In case, however, deviations from our desired specifications are unavoidable, the same may be highlighted in the offer or preferably submit it under heading of "Alternate Offer". On the other hand, if you desire to submit multiple options for the same type of store, you may do so, however, please list them under headings "Option- A", "Option-B", etc.
The Financial Offer(s) should give item-wise prices and sum total cost of the complete stores. The percentage rate of in-vogue GST (General Sales Tax) and the calculated amount of the same should be given. The overall value of the offer must be indicated in the Offer after considering any offer for special rebate/discount. Bid Bond (Earnest Money) @ 2% of the overall value of the Contract/Order up to Rs. 100,000/- only will be considered in form of Crossed cheque, however, Demand Draft/Pay Order is required to be furnished for over and above Contract Value of Rs. 100,000/-. Further, for cases having contract value more than Rs 5.00 Million, an unconditional Bank Guarantee for the desired amount will also be acceptable in lieu of Demand Draft/Pay Orders. [Bid Bonds, in any other form will not be acceptable]. The Bid Bonds will be returned in case of non-placement of order or after faithful compliance of the terms/conditions of the Purchase Order/Contract. Any quotation received without or less than 2% Bid Bond will be rejected. In case of quoting more than one offer for an item offered by same supplier, Bid Bond of value related to the highest quotation should be submitted. It must also be ensured that the validity of the offered prices must be clearly indicated in offer(s), and it must not be less than 60 days time period with effect from the last date of submission.
The offer(s) must be accompanied with a copy of GST Registration Certificate with an undertaking to provide the original, on our demand. The price of each item and GST amount should be quoted separately.
In case, the order is placed, a separate Sales Tax Invoice will be required along with the bill.
Please note that in case of exemption of payment of GST/Income Tax, or if it is not applicable at all, certificate to that effect will be required by our Finance Department.
SUPARCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in full or part thereof, as a whole or in part, without assigning any reason whatsoever. SUPARCO's decision in this regard will be final and binding on all the bidders.
