Sealed tenders under two envelopes – single stage bidding process, are invited from all the interested contractors/ firms who are registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant field and appropriate category, in separate sealed envelopes.
The blank tender forms / proposal documents for following works can be obtained from the office of the undersigned, situated at Bungalow No. C-8, G.O.R. Colony, Hyderabad on any working day up to 15.10.2008 at 11:00 A.M. on submission of written request and on payment of prescribed Tender Fee (non-refundable) in shape of Pay Order in favour of Project Director, Hyderabad Development Package, Hyderabad.
Tenders, comprising of Technical & Financial proposals, must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes with clear marking of "Technical Proposal" & "Financial Proposal" which will be received back on 22.10.2008 up to 11:00 A.M at the issuing office. Technical proposals of the participating firms will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M by the Tender Opening Committee in presence of participating contractors / authorized representatives of the firms who wish to be present. In case of tenders un-responded the same will be issued on 24.10.2008 at 11:00 A.M and received back on 25.10.2008 & opened on same day at 11:30 A.M and issued on 27.10.2008 at 11:00 A.M and received back on 29.10.2008 up to 11:00 A.M & opened on same day at 11:30 A.M.
In each case, the Technical Proposals so opened shall be evaluated for technical qualification of the firms. Financial Bids / Proposals of the technically qualified firms shall be opened and publicly announced on the date and time that will be communicated in writing to all the qualified contractors / firms in advance. Financial Bid / Proposals of technically unqualified contractors shall be returned to them unopened.
Tenders should be carefully & neatly filled and signed by the bidders. Each bid must accompany the Earnest Money as mentioned below in the shape of Deposit at Call or Bank Guarantee in favour of Project Director, Hyderabad Development Package, Hyderabad. Incomplete tender, over-writing or conditional tender shall not be entertained. Authority competent to sanction the tenders, reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
