Note: Shalwar Kameez Cloth for Winter Uniform for Liveried Staff at NESPAK House Lahore : Good quality cloth for winter uniform of minimum 58 inch width of approved color.
Acrylic Jerseys : Plain V-shape, superior quality, 70/30 grey colour with guarantee of not shrinking and fluffing after washing.
Pairs of Socks : Plain, double knit, black colour, superior quality.

Sealed Quotations are invited from Manufacturers, Vendors and Suppliers for the Procurement of the following item.
Terms & Conditions: Sealed quotation can be submitted upto 14-10-2008 during office hours in the office of Convener/Secretary, Central Procurement Committee NESPAK House; 1-C Block N, Model town. Extention Lahore.
Quotations received after due date shall not be entertained.
The quantity can be increased or decreased (by 20%).
Sample of above items proposed will be submitted for color selection and approval. Each sample shall have its price marked on it in terms of Rupees per meter inclusive of all taxes and duties etc.
Supply of above items shall be made according to approved sample within 4 weeks of issuance of purchase order by NESPAK. The supply in respect of cloth shall be in form of packets of 9 meters and 10 meters each.
No advance payment will be made by NESPAK; payment will be released after one month of supply of approved stock. In case of disapproval of supplied stock, the party will have to lift the stock from NESPAK House on its own expense.
Sales tax, income tax and other taxes shall be deducted as per Government rules.
