(3) Quote from unregistered firms shall be accepted on deposit of 10% refundable earnest money in form of Pay Order in favour of CO PNS RAZA.
(4) The amount of Sales Tax applicable is to be mentioned in the quotation separately.
(5) Tenders will be received up to 1030 hours on 13 October 2008 and will be opened on the same day in the presence of firms reps at 1130 hours at PNS RAZA.
(6) Commanding Officer PNS RAZA reserves the right to reject any offer without assigning any reason.
