The Taluka Municipal Administration, Manjhand hereby invites sealed tenders for following development works and supply from its enlisted approved contractors for the year 2008-2009, as detailed below:
Terms & Conditions: -
Blank tender forms for above works & supply will be got from the office of T.O. (I&S), T.M.A. Manjhand at Sann Stop Office Building on above-mentioned, non-refundable, tender fee through Pay Order only and Earnest Money / Call Deposit in favour of Taluka Nazim, T.M.A. Manjhand on 13.10.2008 till 2.00 P.M. which will be returned back on the next working day at 1.30 P.M. in tender box 5 will be opened before participating parties and their representatives as per rules.
If all or any tender will not be purchased, the same will be issued on second and third time respectively on same procedure on 14/10/2008 & 15/10/2008 till 2.00 P.M. which will be returned back on the next working day at 1.30 P.M. in tender box & will be opened before participating parties and their representatives as per rules.
Conditions: (1) No tender form will be issued without Pay Order (Non-refundable) and Call Deposit.
(2) No tender will be entertained till at least three participants had not been issued the same.
(3) No conditional tender will be issued.
(4) Solvency, Bank Guarantee be presented before work order is issued.
(5) SDSSP Work Order will be issued after transfer of funds from concerned.
(6) The undersigned reserves the right to cancel any or all above works without assigning any reason.
