Sealed offers are invited from reputed firms registered with income Tax and Sales Tax departments for the supply of items for Survey Boat Shohaz as per specifications and list to be obtained from the office of undersigned.
Terms and Conditions: (1) The tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned against cash payment of Rs.500/- (non-refundable) during office hours.
(2) The tender may be submitted with call deposit @ 2% of the total value in the shape of pay order / demand draft in the name of Gwadar Port Authority, without which the tender will not be considered as invalid.
(3) Quoted rates must include all the applicable taxes and transportation charges etc.
(4) The items are required to be delivered at Port area of Gwadar Port Authority.
(5) The tender forms, duly filled in, will be received in the office of the undersigned on or before 13.10.08 at 11.00 a.m. and will be opened on the same date at 12.00 noon in the presence of intending suppliers or their representatives, who may wish to be present.
(6) Incomplete, overwritten or conditional to tenders shall not be entertained. Tenders send through fax shall not be entertained.
(7) Gwadar Port Authority reserves the right to accept any tender or reject all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
