1. Serial loan with floating rate of interest.
2. Serial fixed rate loan.
One year lock-in period - up until 2.12.2009.

Five year lock-in period - up until 2.12.2013.
Tender deadline is 2.12.2008 at 12:00.
The fixed rate of interest will be determined at 12:00 on 2.12.2008, with
a deadline for Orkdal Municipality to approve the tender within 15:30 on
the same day.
