Quotation on Official tender forms shall only be considered and Tender to be dropped in the Tender Box in the office of Managing Director, Carriage Factory, Admin: Building Pakistan Railways, I.J. Principal Road, Islamabad not later than 12:00 hours and will be opened at 12:30 hours on the last date of receiving the bids. The un-registered firms are required to submit earnest money @ 2% of the bid value in shape of Pay Order, CDR, B.G. Bond or cash deposit at CCT/ P.R/ Lahore, Divisional Pay Master/ Rawalpindi, Divisional Pay Master/ Karachi and submit Cash Receipt in original along with quotation failing which offer will be ignored.
Railways Administration reserve to itself the right to reject any tender in full or in part without assigning any reason thereof.
