Interested persons / suppliers / contractors / companies / pre-qualified firms are invited on B-I/B-II Forms as per PPRA rules for the following works:
Conditions: (1) Applications for issuance of tenders will be received up to 12.00 Noon on 16/10/2008. Tender will be received back up to 1.00 p.m. on 17/10/2008 and will be opened at 1.30 p.m. by the undersigned on the same day if at Headquarters, or on return to headquarters in the presence of contractors or their authorized agents who may intend to be present.
(2) If the tenders are un-responded on above date, the next dates of issuance and opening tenders are:
(a) The Date of Issue: 18-10-2008, The Dale of Opening: 20-10-2008
(b) The Date of Issue: 22-10-2008, The Date of Opening: 23-10-2008
(3) Earnest Money shall be furnished with the tenders in the shape of Call Deposit / Pay Order from the recognized Scheduled Bank and will be produced for perusal before issue of tenders. Earnest Money by cheque or in cash shall not be accepted at all.
(4) Tender forms can be had from the office of the undersigned on payment of the Tender Fee as shown against the works, in cash (Non-refundable).
(5) The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
(6) The work orders will be issued to successful contractor on the release of funds from the Government.
(7) The persons / firms / contractors / suppliers will have to provide the further following information:
(a) Name of persons / firms / contractors / suppliers, its status, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, fax number, and organization structure.
(b) Name of Directors / Partners / Proprietors, their qualification and experience.
(c) Copy of N.I.C. of Proprietor and authorized representative.
(d) A fresh copy of Registration Certificate with Pakistan Engineering Council.
(e) National Tax Registration Certificate.
(f) Financial Stability Certificate issued by scheduled bank.
(g) Affidavit that the persons / firms / contractors / suppliers have neither been blacklisted by any agencies nor involved in subversive activities.
(h) Managerial capability of the Persons / Firms / Contractors / Suppliers for proper execution of the project.
(i) Bio-Data of technical staff permanently employed and to be made available for working on the project.
(j) Details of machinery, equipment and plants in possession.
