(1) National Transmission & Despatch Company (NTDC), intends to purchase Telecommunication Equipment, Batteries and allied material for interconnection of Upcoming IPPs through open tender financed under NTDC’s own resources.
(2) NTDC invites sealed bids from the manufacturers/ suppliers from Pakistan or any country except those which are subject to boycott in accordance with the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan for supply of following Telecommunication Equipment and allied material:

(4) A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased on the submission of a written application to the above address and upon payment of a non refundable fee of Rs.2,000/-.
(5) All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of not less than (2%) of total Bid Price and must be delivered to the above office on 10-11-2008 at 11:00 A.M. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend immediately after the time set for the bid receipt.
(6) The bidders must quote for one or more complete lot. Bid covering only a part of the lot will be rejected.
(7) NTDC reserves all rights to reject any/ all the bids as per PPRA Rule-33(1).
