Tenders are invited from reputable makers, suppliers and stockiest for supply of spares for PNSC managed vessels on attached “Form of Bid” appearing on PNSC website with all required details.
Instructions To Bidders : Please mention Makers / Sub Contractors/Sub Agents or licensees of Manufacturer of Spares.
Incomplete information not supported with required documents / evidence are liable to be rejected.
Quote our enquiry number in all correspondence.
Please also indicate following expenses / details as well.
Air/ Sea Freight expenses.
Packing for Air/Sea transport.
Port Of Shipment.
Any other expenses expected.
Qualification Criteria : Firms must be taxpayers holding National Tax Number (NTN) & General Sales Tax Registration. (Local Firms only).
Any entity having been blacklisted by PPRA/Government/Ministries/Department or public sector organization would be ineligible to participate in the bid.
Bid Evaluation Criteria : Lowest offer would mainly be the bid evaluation criteria. However, due to complex nature of shipping operation, spares procurement and repairs may be Carried out through Original Engine Manufacturer / Reputable and Specialized Firms due to technical expertise and better specifications.
Securities : 30 days credit after supply of goods.
