Terms and Conditions : Pakistan Railways intends to develop the above real estate sites for construction and operation of renowned International food chain outlet and other Viable Commercial Venture.
The above prime properties of Pakistan Railways are centrally located in the heart of the cities and in ; proximity of commercial and posh residential areas having cluster of various other reputed hotel chains, restaurants, club and business centres. The said projects promise an outstanding developmental initiative.
Pakistan Railways is keenly interested to offer the above properties on Rental Basis for an initial period of 25 Years. The interested parties/consortium having franchise rights of renowned international food chains are required to submit their company credentials and technical proposals, for the above mentioned PR Properties by October 16, 2008.
The applications of Expression of Interest/Pre-qualification along with company credentials will be accompanied by Bank Draft/Pay Order amounting to Rs. 5,000/- (Mori-refundable) in favour of FA & CAO Pakistan Railway, Headquarters Office Lahore as processing fee.
The site plan and location details of the above mentioned sites can be obtained from the office of Deputy Director Marketing & NRB, Lahore office.
The interested parties will be solely responsible for obtaining all NOCs, approvals, sanctions and certifications etc. from any local and relevant agencies/bodies for setting up the project at their cost. In addition, any taxes occurred on the same property will be liable to be paid by the party.
The pre-qualification form will be received in the office of Deputy Director Marketing & NRB, Lahore up to 1100 hours on 16-10-2008.
The Pakistan Railway reserves the right to reject all or any of the offers without assigning any reason whatsoever.
