Sealed tenders are invited from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for supply of following items.
Tender documents and specifications can be obtained from DGP (Army) on production of copy of NTN certificate and challan form no. 32-A worth Rs. 200/- duly deposited into Govt Treasury Major Head XL VII, Main Head XII, Sub Head ‘A’ Miscellaneous Code No Def 1220, for each item separately.
Bid Security : 5% of the quoted value (max Rs. 1 Million) through bank draft/pay order in favour of CMA (DP) Rawalpindi.
100% quantity should be offered.
Validity of Offer : 60 days for serial 1 a to n and 120 days for serial 1 o to q after opening of commercial offer.
Performance Guarantee : 10% of the contract value within 10 days of signing of contract.
